I really appreciated how often I was updated on the progress of my vehicle. Charles never left me in the dark about it, and he was always very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the service.

Received car back on Friday after almost two weeks of work. Discovered when I got home that there is overpaint/spray on the rear bumper where the bumper wasn't taped off properly, that the rear door hinge makes a weird noise when it opens completely, and that the driver door touch auto lock no longer locks the doors when the key is outside and you touch the handle. Will now have to return to Toyota, wasting more time tying up loose ends that should have been caught and addressed before the car was returned to me.
