The first thing I noticed when I approached my repaired RAV4 was scratches on the front right fender. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. When I brought my car in for collision repair there was no other damage to the car except for the back door, bumper and light from the accident. Although the salesman showed me a photo, it could have happened the same say I brought in my car. He dabbed some paint of it, but insisted it was there when I brought it in. I know it wasn't.

The repair was done well. The paint work is to a high quality. The only suggestion I can make would be to follow through with the detail work. The interior was not completely vacuumed and the windshield was less than cleaned. Roy did a great job at keeping me informed and I would use them again but would request a better job at cleaning the vehicle after the work is done.
