I honestly cannot praise AutoNation Collision enough. I had just bought my vehicle (2016 Mazda CX-5) in Fort Worth, TX on August 19th when the very next day I was rear ended. I live in Austin as it is and was visiting my parents. we called all over to see when I could get my vehicle repaired, but none of them could even see it until October. I needed to get back to Austin and back to work, so we figured by chance we would call around Austin. This was the first place we called and talked to Arthur, he was amazing! Said he could get my car in the next week. Even better, it was right down the street from my apartment. Arthur was extremely genuine and answered all questions I had. He kept me updated every step of the way, if I couldn't answer my phone I received detailed voicemails with updates on my car as well as prompt text messages. He explained everything in a way that was understandable to me (as a single girl who knows nothing about cars!) my vehicle was ready in under a week. Needless to say you have an incredible employee, and I was very happy with my experience.
