From start to finish I felt that I was treated like the only customer AutoNation had. From the manager Charles to the body man Scott and the **** Carlos who personally came out to meet me... Made me feel as I was priority number one. Not only was their customer service in tact but the work that they did on my vehicle was darn near flawless.

Jerry was my initial representative, but Charles assumed his responsibilities when Jerry became ill. This transition was seamless. Charles went above and beyond when he replaced my blinker bulb, which wasn’t a part of my repairs. I will definitely use the AutoNation collision services again and recommend them too. It was very convenient to have Enterprise on the property and those ladies were very nice and helpful. My one recommendation would be some training for the receptionist/cashier who I feel needs to hone her people skills. Her desk should face the door, which is more welcoming.
