I am very disappointed at the state of the car when it was turned over to my driver. I was told your group would be performing a DETAILED cleaning before it was returned. It was returned dirty, and my driver had to make a stop to clean the car before he could continue with his work day. I expected better service from your company. I have emailed this feedback to Jeffrey three days ago. He has not responded. I will NOT be using your company again and will communicate my disappointment on my social media platforms.

My experience with AutoNation was much better than my experience with a previous repair shop. The personnel were friendly and kept me informed. I'd prefer to use AutoNation in the future for any repairs.
