I called the day my car was brought in to be fixed, I called one week later to follow up. I spoke to William Zimmer. He told me that he had been to busy to even look at my car. I suggested taking my car somewhere else and was told "you have no choice but to move forward". Knowing this was not true, I was very upset. My car was in the shop for nearly 2 months and my insurance was billed 20K. The value of my car is only 35K. because of this experience, I have lost my faith in Autonation and will seriously reconsider buying and/or repairing my vehicle with you in the future.
