Will was excellent! He worked well with me. Since I did not want to leave my truck and it was not necessary as the damage was only to the rear bumper, he allowed me to purchase the bumper first, he painted it to match and then I brought my truck in 2 days later to have it installed. He filled my gas tank and offered for me to bring my truck in for a free detailing as it was raining when I picked up my truck. The paint was a PERFECT MATCH.

We were rather stressed when we brought our car into the AutoNation Collision Center after a car accident. However, Wilson Carrillo (“Wil” to his customers) put our minds at ease immediately. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable (he immediately knew the car would need a second appraisal by our insurance co. after it was dismantled), and efficient (he quickly arranged for the car's second appraisal and for the needed replacement parts while keeping an eye on the limited days our insurance co. would pay for our rental car). Plus, Wil was also enormously comforting to us. He understood our concerns about the timing (not only did the insurance co. limit our rental car time, but we were leaving on a trip and needed the car back beforehand) and kept us very well-informed of the repairs' progress. Finally, as someone who knows nothing about cars, I found Wil's explanations thorough, and his patience limitless. He explained many features of the car to me that I hadn't understood. Wil not only got the work done early, but he made the process worry-free for me and my son. He went above and beyond for us – he even called to check on us and our car a few days after we got it back. Wil has made me someone who will strongly recommend AutoNation's Collision Center to friends. In addition, I'd like to say that we greatly appreciated Jennifer Masso (the receptionist and assistant in the Collision Center), who was enormously responsive to our requests and comforting to us (she even delivered our garage door remote, which we forgot, to another AutoNation department so we could pick it up late on a Saturday, in addition to helping make every step of the repair process smooth). Finally, many thanks to Ramona Heilman, who helped us for some days while Wil was on vacation; we very much appreciated her also being highly supportive and going out of her way to closely keep us informed. We felt we were in good hands with Wil, Ramona, and Jennifer; they could not have been more professional and helpful.

The repair on my vehicle was done very well, and the staff at the collision center at Greenacres auto nation was very courteous. They clean the car up very well as far as detailing it so that the replacement tailgate looked as part of the original paint which was a very pleasant surprise.

I'm very satisfied with the results of a well done job.
