Not pleased at all with auto nations repaires that were done in my vehicle. Your a dealer that uses aftermarket parts and short change your customer! Further more you had my vehicle for a month and did a crappy job! I need to take it back so auto nations can fix my noise window, damaged head light and flaws in the paint. I've purchased 3 vehicles from you guys and brought my car there to repair damages from a crash only to have aftermarket parts installed, parts taken off of original est because the insurance company complained about the cost, kept my vehicle for a month and now I have to bring it back. I have been waiting for the original repair to be fixed and when I call to get an update on when I can bring my vehicle in for the work to be done, I am avoided and I get no call back. Also the woman who answered me recently gave me the worst attitude I have ever received. The I was told that all work is guaranteed and yet it's been almost a month since I enquired about this being fixed. I'm getting the run around on top of serious attitude. I'm not satisfied by this at all!!!

When I brought in my car I was told this was the Lexus repair shop, not until i asked for directions did I even know this was a separate company-Autonation. But because Lexus referred you I expected the same customer care. When I scheduled with Autonation they suggested I use the Lake Worth Autonation because it was closer and had an Enterprise on site. I actually called my insurance company to change who they approved for a rental because of this, big mistake. The rental company was a huge disaster with terrible customer care. I had called and reserved a specific car and followed up with a 2nd call to make sure I had the car I needed for my drop off day. I was even paying out of my pocket above and beyond to get a better car, but of course they did not have it. They had one car on the lot-take it or leave it. I would recommend you dont recommend Enterprise or let them know of the terrible service they provide so they step it up. There were 2 other customers also I saw that got screwed as well. Okay now for Autonation, I dropped off my car Monday 9am, got call Thursday to please pick it up, I rushed and got there, oops, you called back to tell me you messed up the car and needed another day, but I never got message so I drove all the way there and no car. Then Friday got call from Robert saying he personally previewed the repair and it looked great and please come get it. Got there and the car had huge 6in gash/scratch. Oops, I guess I dont get my car back. He said late Monday it will be ready, did not get call from him Monday or Tuesday, I called Wednesday to ask what the heck happened (meanwhile-still very **** rental car). Robert dodged 2 phone calls and had someone else say car will be ready at 4pm. I could not make this time. I came Thursday morning to pick up car, no one walked through with me, just had me sign a paper and gave me keys. The bumper is better from repair but the paint job is slightly darker on the new bumper and is obvious. So completely dissatisfied with Autonation and Enterprise whom they recommended. I will also let Lexus know how terrible the service was.

My contact Kelli was very courteous and professional. My experience with the process started fine and was pleasant, but my biggest concern is the time it took to finish the vehicle. The vehicle was drivable but had rear damage and my appointment was schedule weeks out to " order parts". I don't understand why it took a month to repair when I have had in past cars with much more damage done in two weeks! In addition to the time it took, I brought in a brand new car with no inside issues but with rear damage, I picked up a car with repaired damage and an inside that had white residue throughout the inside, smudge marks all over the wheel, console, center arm rest and cup area. All of the inside looked like a dirty rag was wet and wiped down the inside smearing the white residue even more. I chose Auto Nation because I purchased this car from Auto Nation Cadilac, I could have stayed closer to home and had a better experience.

I was under the impression it would only take a few days for the repair. Instead you had my car for 12 days. That's no less than five extra days of a rental car that I hadn't planned on.
On the other side, the work you did was wonderful the car came back clean and everything looks great.
