Your work and customer service was great. Unfortunately when you replaced the headlight the bulb glows white and my untouched headlight glows yellow. It really looks bad. Since it was the July 4 weekend it could not be changed and I left for up north the next day. I was told it would be fixed ( bulb changed ) when I return in a few months. So that is the reason I was not COMPLETElY satisfied, other than that I think you are great!

I was referred to the Auto Nation Collision Center in Greenacres, Florida for repairs for my Lexus by the Lexus of Palm Beach dealership following a car accident that I was in. Unfortunately the representative that was assigned to my car, Will Carillo, proved to be highly disappointing and severely lacking in communication and professionalism. My car ended up being at the Collision Center for a month and during that time Will did not initiate contact with me one time. I was initially told by Will that my car would be repaired within a week's time and as I mentioned, it ended up being there for a month. In order for me to find out any information regarding the status of my vehicle it was necessary for me to continuously call Auto Nation every few days, often multiple times a day, taking valuable time away rom my work day. Will never once answered his direct line or responded to any emails so I had to constantly call the front desk in an attempt to get ahold of him. (On that note - everyone else I interacted with at Auto Nation was very friendly, particularly a woman named Jennifer and they were as helpful as possible but it was obviously necessary for me to be able to speak with my representative to obtain information.) It always took multiple times of me calling in order to get any response back from Will and the few times I was able to speak with Will he never apologized for the lack of communication and always had excuses for what was causing the repeated delays. I understand that during the course of a repair problems may arise and had this information simply been communicated with me along the way, I would not have the problem that I do now. Additionally, on the day that I was finally able to pick up my vehicle, I asked Jennifer at the front desk if I could speak to a supervisor during which time Will overheard this conversation and repeatedly interjected into my conversation addressing me in an argumentative manner requiring me to repeatedly tell him that the conversation with him was inappropriate and I did not wish to speak to him any further at that time. Furthermore, once I left the facility I realized that the alignment was very off and had not been completed as promised and the front headlight which had been replaced was not sealed correctly causing moisture to seep in and fog up the light. These issues now require additional repairs and due to my extreme dissatisfaction with Auto Nation, I had to speak to a supervisor at my insurance company to be allowed to take my vehicle elsewhere. I have never experienced a situation such as this where the customer service was so severely disappointing that I felt the need to be so vocal. I do not wish to have any further contact with Will and should anyone need to contact me, I would prefer that it is someone at a supervisory level. Thank you.
