They did an amazing job on the work -- the car looks great. They also were excellent at communication. Unfortunately a job that was to take one week, was extending an extra 6 days and then one more. When I picked up the car there was a dirty rag in the back seat and a pair of dirty black latex gloves in the front. I know they were rushing to get the car ready for me as I was insistent that two weeks was enough, but these are the issues that prevent me from saying "completely satisfied".

I schedule a appointment a week ahead for 10/18/16 and I didn't get my car back until 11/7/16 (20 days) I was told the lift gate came in damage twice. I would have thought you would have had the lift gate there before I brought my car in so it would take 3 or 4 days not 20

Took 10 weeks to fix the car. Way too long. Complete date was changed 3 times. Calls were not returned ina timely manner. On the plus side everyone was really nice on the phone and the car looks great.

Claims date for completion was to be Wed 9/21/16. I had not heard anything from the center since my vehicle was dropped on 9/7/16. Showed up at the center to check on status after no return call was made to me. Was informed on Wed 9/21/16 that they had my email address incorrect, so I confirmed it again with them that evening. While there, I was informed by the Rep that my vehicle repair was almost completed and that by Thurs 9/22/16 it was due to be painted, and that the center would contact me by Fri 9/23/16 or Mon 9/26/16 with the status of completion. Received no return call on Mon 9/26/16, received no call on Tues 9/27/16. I therefore, contacted the center again via phone on Wed 9/28/16 around 2:30pm to find out what the hold-up was for completion of my vehicle repair. I was given the run-around by the front desk and was again told that my vehicle was not yet done and that it may not be until Thurs 9/29/16 that my vehicle would be ready (was not happy with that answer) as I was now into the 3rd week of not having my vehicle, and was getting promise after promise but no definite answers, so on Wed 9/28/16, I had my husband contact the center to inquire what the issue was. I then received a voicemail LATE IN THE DAY around 4:30pm that my car was ready (did not give me much time to notify my husband that he had to meet me there at the center for pick-up, nor did it give me enough time to let my supervisor know that I may need to leave the office early to handle my personal business. I am not happy with how this entire process was handled and with the lack of follow-up on the center's part. If it were not for me contacting them for the status off and on, I don't believe any updates would have been sent in a timely manner (even after I confirmed my email address again with the center). It is VERY important to keep customers informed at ALL TIMES when the vehicle they own is in the center's possession. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle on the evening of Wed 9/28/16, my husband had to send my vehicle back through for buffing after HE inspected it himself. Also, I myself did an overall check of my vehicle before driving off that night and found that my right front headlight bulb is now out and not working (was fine and working when I dropped it off). There is also a "visible" thumb-print of dirt on the left front headlight (inside) that you can clearly see when standing in front of my car. Was not there before or in the past. Not sure why anything on the FRONT of my vehicle was even touched when the Collision Center Rep said that the Service dept had my vehicle in their possession for aligning the back left wheel on Tues 9/27/16 or Wed 9/28/16; however, it seems that Service may have touched other things on my car. I also had made a personal note to myself when I dropped my vehicle off on 9/7/16 for repair that I had 298 miles "before gas" (meaning, I had close to a full tank of gas when dropped). When I picked it up on 9/28/16, I only had 146 miles before gas (under ****/2 a tank). Not sure where 60 miles went, but again, I KNOW what was in my gas tank. Makes me a bit skeptical that perhaps my vehicle was not just sitting before or after actual repair. I have heard about actual events that at some service centers, techs drive customers vehicles for personal use when they should not be. So, I really wonder?? The inside of my vehicle was also very "dusty" from the work (some kind of residue throughout). Now I have to take it on Sat 10/**** and pay to get it detailed for cleanliness again. I never had much faith in the AutoNation Greenacres Service Dept because in the past, they were charging me for work that was NEVER done and I was able to confirm and validate that. Had my husband handle that as well a while back and I stopped taking my car to that Service Dept. NOW, I am also not very satisfied with my experience with the Collision Center. I also don't think I'll recommend anyone there either, unless they don't mind waiting almost a MONTH to get their vehicle returned to them.

No direct comments about this place because nobody talks about the good stuff. Just remember that Schumacher Automotive is the worst place mainly because of Chuck Schumacher and Heartless John Ring.
