Your system that tells you your progress of the car is off. You really shouldnt use it if thats the case. I ended up renting a car til friday when it was ready on a Thursday because it told me it would be ready on Friday every time i recieved a text. I ended up paying out of my pocket.

The job is one of the worse bodyshop I ever seen. The color don't match the person that performed the job, didn't blend the color to match my car and the bumper is misaligned, some kind of protection on top of the back weels are lose. The preparation of the replacement part was very bad, you can see some kind of porus coming thru the paint. All this denote a job made quick and without any quality control. When I pointed all this to Jose I get only justifications. I ask for job well donde that is why I choose autonation, because I think they are specialist in my car's brand. Please make the necessary corrections to this terrible job. Thank you.
