Fred was a pleasure. He kept me in the loop but wasn't overbearing about it. He made sure I understood what was happening to my car, and what they were going to do to repair it. It came back looking better than she did before. I appreciate all the help. Thank you.

In any type of business, your first point of contact is the very most important. They are the representation of your business and it's a very vital thing. Fred who had helped me from the very beginning to the end was very professional, very knowledgable, and made me feel as if I could trust right off the bat. I'm an office manager over a 7 doctor facility so I know how important good customer service is, but more importantly, honest customer service. Everything he said he was going to follow through with with me, was 100% delivered on time and I couldn't be more impressed. He told me my car would be in the best shape at the end, as if it was his own car... And I truly believed him! After being in a rental car for a week, he called me on a Friday around 2:45 to let me know my car was ready, and I thought I could make it to pick it up, but later called him to tell him I wouldn't make it due to a prior obligation. Well after it was alittle after 5 and they closed at 5:30 I called to tell him my obligation fell through, and he told me he would wait for me to get to the shop to pick up my car, and it looked absolutely amazing! I have never received such good customer service ever! Things like that are so important and this man turly delivered and represented himself and the business at 200%!!!
