When we dropped car off, we had an appointment and nobody seemed to be aware of it. Since we were not in the schedule, they did not get to the car for two days, and this led to the car being returned on a Tuesday rather than the previous Friday.. meaning my daughter went without it for an entire third week. So scheduling was not handled well.
Additionally, we got the car back and it had bad alignment. I took it to a third party thinking all it needed was an alignment and discovered that it had damaged **** joints and bushings on lower arms. This could be attributed to wear and tear, but I suspect the final stroke for the suspension was the car getting pushed 8' sideways when it was hit, and this was not acknowledged during any of the inspections.
