We felt we were treated very fair. The actual price came in lower than quoted, and we found the repairs to have been completed professionally. As an insurance agency owner in Longwood I feel confident in referring my clients and friends to your repair shop. A few months ago a realtor who was .showing me homes had a care accident; she was not a client; she called me from the scene of the accident looking for advice as to where she should tow her Audi . Gary and the team were super friendly and made the whole experience so easy which I sincerely appreciate. There was a rental car reservation made for me and it was so quick to get everything done. Everyone was very helpful, offering to move the kids' car seats and all my stuff. The repair was completed faster than I expected, the very next day! The van is good as new. Thanks so much!!!
Oh I also want to mention that Lou in Sanford was also wonderful. He got back to me quickly and made arrangements to look at the damage to give me a estimate late in the afternoon on a Friday, one of the busiest times of the week. He completed the estimate while we waited right there in the vehicle so my little ones could continue watching a movie to stay occupied between naptime and picking up their siblings from school.
