I really appreciated how I was given daily updates via email so I knew how the repairs were going on a daily basis. I was told the repairs would take four days and that was exactly how long it took. The car was cleaned inside and out when I came to pick it up. What a pleasant surprise! My windshield wiper on the gate was installed incorrectly so it is not working but I was assured that someone would come to my house to repair that. I have confidence that will happen since everything that was promised to me in the past was done.

Repairs were poorly done and after returning 3 times to fix my Honda I will need to return a 4th time to have repairs done over and corrected. This is by far below my expectations of an Auto Nation Collision Center. I regret having hired Auto Nation Body Collision Center #2885.
