This is the second time I've had work on my car at Autonation Collision and both times have been great. The people there are extremely professional and nice. I like how they keep you constantly updated on the progress of the work. The car is always very clean when you pick it up and the work the provide is top notch.

Received a call from Peter, claiming my car was ready to be picked up later that day, told him I couldn't make it in until the following day to which he replied that I had to have the rental back before noon that following day. Got there the following day at 11:20 AM and my car, nor the staff member, was there. Apparently he had taken it to the alignment shop to have the wheel installed. Interesting since it was supposedly ready the day before. Around 12:15 PM Peter came back with my car. After I opened the back door I saw that there was a tire in the back seat. After leaving the dealership I realized that my steering wheel was sideways while I was driving straight - the alignment was off. I had to argue with the Peter over the alignment as he claimed it must have been like that prior to the accident. He was insulting with his comments and claims, I felt like he was talking to me as though I am stupid. Never going back again.
