The only issue i found is the you guys notified the insurance that the truck was ready at 1pm and i was notified around 3pm making it impossible for me to pick it up same day because i was in tampa. And i have to fight with insurance company because they want me to pay for for en estra day vehicle rental. You guys call me around 3 pm and i pock it up next day around 10am

The mirror was worse than it was when we arrived and the process was extremely long and the communications were not good. The process to get the insurance company to cover things was more difficult with AutoNation than it was with the insurance company. There are still things that need to be fixed -- especially the mirror that has over spray and was not repaired properly.
