The body repair work and paint looked very nice. Katie Mullis was extremely professional and always had a great attitude. However, I did have to bring the vehicle back for a loose lower trim panel and a horn issue. To this day, the horn that was replaced still works intermittently. These are the reasons for not being completely satisfied.
