Weekly updates were inconsistent and inaccurate as far as timing. Front desk was supposed to call Hertz to pick rental car up. They did not. I was contacted by Hertz asking where their car was. Was billed 3 extra days for rental I did not have. Better communication is need. Repair work looked fantastic.

the team was really great about keeping me updated and combinations whenever I had questions. They paid incredible attention to detail and, from what I can tell, really value doing things right. When there were some delays due to holidays and such, they were generous and helped pay for my rental car, which was extremely appreciated and showed a level of customer care that I feel is rarely seen these days. When I got the car back they had detailed it and it smelled like new all over again, the car looks awesome on the outside and with the level of work, I feel the inner repairs are likely great as well.
