I was surprised and dismayed when mid week I was told that my car might not be done by friday. I was told initially that they would need the car for the week, and that if I brought it in early Monday morning it would be done by friday. That was what I planned with my rental car, work schedule etc. I guess the car didn't get from subaru auto nation to the collison center very fast on monday. I am grateful that when I expressed my dismay that something happened to make the car get done by friday. It would have been better to have been told the truth to begin with, I might have chosen a different time to get the car worked on. It costs money to have a car rented, and my work schedule is not flexible. The work was good, I am pleased with how it turned out, and glad they were responsive to my unhappiness about the timing and were able to make it right
