Autonation Collision Center Denver

While generally satisfied with my experience there are two things I'd like to note. One, while I was initially told the repair would take several weeks and planned as such, it turns out the repair took just over a week. I brought the car in on a Tuesday, and was given a call the next Monday that things were going well and it would be likely be done earlier than anticipated, but that I'd received a call on Wednesday to confirm. I received no call on Wednesday, but was called on Thursday afternoon to learn my car was ready and needed to be picked up immediately or I'd risk losing my insurance coverage for a rental. I mentioned that this was a bit unexpected as I'd received no call since Monday, and was told that I had been called the day before. I have no record of that in my phone, nor was a message left. I didn't appreciate that at all and also didn't appreciate having to change around my schedule a bunch to get my car. Also, when I came to pick up my car, it looked very clean on the inside, but on the outside an orangey-powder substance was all over the hood and top of the car. I'm not sure if this was soap from a wash or what, it was cold that morning so maybe too cold for a wash and the soap froze? Either way, I've had to rewash the outside of my car. Again, overall satisfied, but two small things that made my experience less enjoyable. Thanks.

Even though repairs continued to get pushed back as they found new problems, they kept me and my insurance informed every step of the way. I will definitely be going back to them if needed.

Ian and his team have been a joy to work with and I would say top of their field in all areas...amazing customer service and amazing work on the hail damage to my car...I'm sure it has been no feat to complete and difficult with all the pressures of the number of repairs in the Colorado market from this storm. Will go out of my way to suggest them to everyone I know. AutoNation collision center has redeemed Autonation ...Autonation Jeep on Broadway I can't speak the same.
