Lydia was great, however the tech that was suppose to call us never did. I called Lydia after four days and left a voicemail. Lydia called back to inform me that the car was ready for pickup. Very pleased with the outcome, and the car wash inside and out was a nice touch.

We were initially told 4 - 7 days and the total time was 22 days. I 100% understand that things do come up but it seems as though the farther along we got it in the process, the more and more things started coming-up prolonging the delay of the car being complete.

Repair work was excellent however car exterior was much dirtier than when I brought vehicle to the Collision Center. You stored the car outdoors and it is covered with pollen and rain splatter. One would think that with a #2,800 repair bill, you would deliver a clean vehicle!
