Car does not look repaired at all. There is a Crack on the engine still and many loose wires in engine bay. I understand it still needs body work but it seems all you did was replace the camshaft cradle and the bare minimum for everything else. This car looks like it has had engine damage. I brought it to you for repair. Nothing done to visually repair. i was told by the body shop there is also no transmission fluid in it either. How could lexus have fully tested my car without transmission fluid. It wouldn't even turn on. - its is a BRAND new why would I get it returned like that. It is not the body shops job to touch engine at all. That's why it was outsourced to you. Sarah is going to contact the body shop tomorrow. Lexus cerritos had my car for 2 weeks and this is what I get. Are they going to be responsible if I have engine or transmission problems later.

The rep that handled my claim (Anthony) was a very professional person,prompt and explained everything in an outstanding manner. If services are needed again by myself, family or friend I will definitely send them to Lexus of Cerritos Collision in Long Beach and tell them to ask for Anthony.
