I am very happy with the entire experience. My advisor Patrick was very thorough, my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule and the repairs were impeccable.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted by the efficient and friendly front desk manager. She assigned my case to Richard **** for an estimate. Richard was very professional, courteous and reassuring about repairing my brand new Prius Prime to its original condition. My repairs were scheduled for a later date. After dropping my car off for repairs, Richard reviewed the car again and took special care to make sure that I understood the repairs along with carefully explaining all the paperwork that I was signing for repair. I really appreciated his explanation of all aspects of the repair, including the use of certified rather than reconditioned or other parts. He kept me apprised of the repair status and when I picked my car up, he reviewed the work done carefully. My car was delivered in impeccable, clean condition both inside and out. Richard also followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and it was. I must say that as distressing as car damage is, especially on a new vehicle, Richard and his team were reassuring every step of the way and this is the best experience I have every had with vehicle body work repair. Thank you Lexus Collision Center and Richard for giving me an awesome experience.

One of the strips on the roof of my car was not correctly re-installed. When I called my advisor I was told I have to bring the car back in to have it repaired. This will cause me a hardship to take time off work and I'm not happy about it. Lexus should have made sure the car was re-assembled properly.
