I was always greeted by the staff when I arrived and directed to the person whom I had an appointment with. Mr. Jesse Estrada was my collision estimator and I would recommend him very highly. He always was professional and went out of his way to assist me with my car repairs. He either texted me or called me to keep me updated on the progress of work on the car and when it would be ready. Mr. Estrada made the entire process very professional and when the work was finished on the car he went over every detail of the job.
