Upon dropping my car off the last week of April to the Lexus dealership I was expecting to have my car ready the following Wednesday which would be the first week of May. When I got home from vacation, I received a voicemail from Todd from the collision center saying that they have to order parts for my car and it was extremely frustrating because when I got my estimate at the dealership I was told that no parts were needed and that the service should go quickly. I was very frustrated with the Lexus of Cerritos dealership and wasn't sure if they were connected with the collision center. Todd understood my frustration explain to me everything that was within his control and delivered at the highest level. I am so thankful that he was in charge of ensuring my car was taken care of. His communication level with me every step of the way was inspiring and rejuvenated my love for the Lexus Brand. In a world where service no longer is a priority, Todd and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with the collision center would be an unforgettable one. All we know is.
that we didn't know that by us wanting our damaged car to be fixed only thru the dealer would had being a good move.
IT TURNS OUT THAT GOING TO LEXUS OF CERRITOS WASN'T A GOOD MOVE. IT WAS AN OUTSTANDING MOVE. WE WERE TOTALLY PLEASED. THE STAFF AND SERVICE WAS ONE OF A KIND.
I felt bad at the end. I tried to give them a tip. But they didn't take it. They said that my input was more valuable.
And that sealed the deal. Happy all around. Would recommend you guys any time.
