AutoNation Collision Center - Costa Mesa

The quality of service provided, communications from the service manager that handled my repairs, and email and telephone responses provided.

I just wanted to take the time to give Sarah Westphal a review for her customer service. I was recently in a car accident where I was hit from behind, being that I have a new vehicle, I had no hesitation in making sure I took my car to an AutoNation Collision Center. I knew that I could trust in my Toyota Nation in all aspects. Sarah took the time to walk me through the process on repairs, explained things to me and showed me kindness, patience and understanding when I cried on the phone with the insurance company- they were not the easiest to deal with. She continued to communicate with me, following up and sending me the information I requested. Responded in a timely manner and always with a great attitude. She especially went above and beyond the day I was suppose to get my vehicle. One of the workers accidentally took the key home and she drove to South Orange County (Dana Point I believe), waited for her coworker to finish church service, get the key and come back to the shop to ensure I walked away with my vehicle Friday. Being that it was Easter weekend and a Friday, I was extremely grateful for the big effort she made for me. Not once did I see her attitude change out of annoyance but she continued to ensure I was taken care of. Sarah wouldn't let me take her out to dinner as a huge thank you for her efforts. I hope that my words can reflect how great she is and how thankful I am. She definitely deserves recognition for confirming that I can continue to trust in Toyota Auto Nation.

AutoNation is so customer oriented it is a pleasure to work with them. I even opted not to get another estimate in favor of just working with the team that has supported me so well since I purchased the car in 2012.

Excellent service. Both Russell and Sarah kept me informed. The estimate was fair, accurate and precise. The work done on my car was excellent.

Our representative Manny did an amazing job throughout the process. He let us know what to expect and went above and beyond with the insurance company getting the repair done in timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Manny and Autonation to friends and family.

Keith truly provided excellent customer service from the first time that I called to make an appointment to the delivery of my car. He was extremely professional, courteous, kept me updated along the way and treated me in a very professional and friendly manner. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would without any hesitation recommend him to anyone needing auto body work done on their car. He is an asset to AutoNation.
