The job was not done well. The replacement part (new) has deep scratches. The collision adviser (Edgar ****) was not present in the office at the time of my visit so I talked to manager Dave **** and he noted down on my receipt which I had already paid before checking the car. Dave told me they will replace the part free of cost later and my collision adviser will contact me. No one has followed up with me yet.

I am happy with repair work.
But wish follow up was done during the process of repair. I did not have my car more than a month. No one gave me follow up unless I called. Most of time, it was voice mail I got connected to. Not able to contact anyone. Hard to get email reply too. Physical repair was good but the customer service was below my expectation

The body work was beautiful however I asked them to do some additional work that I was going to pay out of pocket and it was not done Ithey had the. Car for 17 days part was paid by my insurance the other minor work they did not do they told me my. Pruis would be ready in four days but they were too busy not attending to finish the other minor scrapes to the vehicles' body work Miguel was going to get back with an estimate for the minor work and never did .
body work was great but a little sloppy where I seen some wasted glue on inside of base side of rear passanger door but I overlooked nothing's perfect just wished they could have. Completed the rest of my work in fact the insurance agent knew as well and I guess they only did what was only requested the work was great but with as much time they had the car it could have been done regards

I will never ever recommend you to any of my friends you did a very lousy job. The latch of my trunk made funny noises and you didn't quote that to State Farm. Now both of you and the insuramce are pointing fingers on my car because it is old!? Your guys are not careful, I saw scratches on my car and I'm sure your guys will deny it. Paint drops on some parts of car. VERY LOUSY JOB! YOU ****!
