The repair was completed 2 days before promised and the Service King representative stayed twenty minutes after closing until I arrived. The update texts were helpful as well. The repair looks great too. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.

I wasn’t completely satisfied because at first theee was little communication about the status of my car. Only until I called and ask did I understand the status and then express concern that an original 3 day estimation turned into a 7 day estimation without my being notified. The issue resolved after I pushed back pretty firmly but doing so caused me stress.
