While the work itself was good, the total time we were without a vehicle was unacceptable. This was a minor repair job - we dropped off our car on July 7 and did not get the car back until July 15.

I had asked and it was understood quite clearly that all the little scratches and dents would be removed. The first thing I see when they bring the car around is a scratch in the center of the rear bumper. Very visible and why it was missed is absolutely baffling to me. Now to fix it I have to drag myself out there again, get an Uber or Rent-A-Car for two or three more days well hopefully it’s repaired properly this time. The work that was done appears to be good but The amount of time, close to two months, plus the fact that it was very expensive at $7000. Plus over $2000 for my Rent-A-Car makes this close to a $10,000 experience for me. On top of that, Some of my electronics don’t appear to be working properly and I get home and my charger is not working. All in all, a great tesla day!
