The employee who was in charge of my car Tyler Caputo never contacted me again after I dropped off my car for repairs. I was supposed to get a quote from him for some additional repairs not related to my claim but again never heard from him. So your company lost out on possibly making even more money. My Jeep was there for almost a full month because repairs were put on hold for no reason at all. Again because Tyler was nowhere to be found. Then when i got my car back I was never shown what repairs were done. I was just handed an folder of paperwork stating the repairs. Also I was told my car would be cleaned from interior to exterior and that was not done at all. Overall I will not be returning for any other body work in the future and will not be recommending Service King. Which is sad because I literally work next door and could spread the word offering business your way.

Never received updates of status. Finally received email saying car would be ready July 4. Really? That's a federal holiday. Called to say no worries, but it needs to be done before or after because I'm going away for the holiday weekend. There was a little miscommunication with receptionist when I called 2X.
