I can't think of any ways Service King, Chester Springs branch, can improve the service I received. Keep doing what you are doing. I received accurate text messages on a regular basis updating me on repair status. Staff completed the repair ahead of schedule, even though they found substantially more damage than insurer found and had to do a supplement. I was not bothered during the repair and didn't have to pay a cent of my own money. Finally, this branch is conveniently located to Enterprise car rental, and they have a close and efficient working relationship. Rental car pick up and drop off was seamless. Thanks for everything.
