One of your biggest strengths is your level of communication with the customer while a car is being worked on.
But I also need to point out that there was some confusion at the beginning as to what papers needed to be signed and when they needed to be signed. Also at the beginning I returned a phone call and was on hold for minutes, eventually having to hang up because of not being able to wait any longer.
