Has been a long time customer starting back with Grand Sport Auto Body now Service King— but definitely I see the change and good service I really appreciate. Maggie was awesome!! Communication was excellent!!! This I didn’t experience before. Glad to be a customer and I feel the care as well as support with the needs to my car. I’m picky and detail and they get it plus respect. To better this service is to ensure future work is maintained and carry over. Another is detail the entire car, so there’s no difference in work seen. This wasn’t done on this current claim. Offer future was and detail to maintain the body of work done. Clean inside, I smell the body order of the shop. Some things that can enhance the customer service. Thanks!
