This was my first experience working with Service King and I must say it was a pleasure. Lisa, in the Parkesburg Pa location was outstanding! So friendly and helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Also received calls from the shop with updates. The whole process ran so smoothly and it was such a blessing after having to deal with an accident. My car looks beautiful like brand new! And the detailing is a really sweet added touch! I will definitely highly recommend Service King to anyone in need of your services! Oh! My car was also ready earlier than the estimated date!

It was a positive experience for the repair. Pleasant & capable staff-very helpful.I was disappointed in the text communications-they were not clear about the different status points. They did not come across as clear & concise. The unfavorable occurence tgat happened was the fact that they had a hard time starting my car. No problem with it starting until I took it to repair shop. So today I am getting my car towed and addt'l work is required to fix the starter. Just bad timing, I guess?
