It was a horrible experience things to Jose from start to Finish! From ordering the wrong parts to forgetting to notify me when the parts got in, to giving me false dates on when repairs would be done, to missing things that needed to be repaired until I pointed them out myself, to Taking 3 ****/2 weeks to do 54 hours worth of labor, too the repair still not properly being done when they try to give me the car back With a gap between the headlight and bumper and also the front bumper painted a seat darker and black someone sleeping through as you can tell It’s a used bike bumper and not new parts, Also on the paperwork it says used parts in the truck that delivers their parts clearly says used parts. All around horrible experience

After getting my car back from Anthony's, I took my VW Tiguan for maintenance service at the dealership, they told me it had too much gap where the bumper was replaced so I have to take it back to Anthony's to correct. Luckily I have the warranty and Ruben has been great about handling it. Just a pain after waiting 3 months to get my car back and now have to return to body shop. Ruben is helpful saying it should just take **** day. So I'm hopeful.
