I needed new stickers for my replacement winshield. I was told no one could find my insurance card or registration. I had to take time out of my work day to get new copies of both documents and send over. The registration duplicate cost 21 in addition to an you of lost work time. I received my car back, looked in the glove box and both documents were right there. Lost time and stress for nothing.

The vehicle sounds like the tires are now rubbing against the area repaired. The text updates were nice, but proved in accurate as the completion date was delayed at least twice. The repair process was one day short of three weeks--seems lengthy for the type of repair.
Everyone was friendly and curteous, and seemed to do their best to offer satisfaction.
