The people there were very friendly and the service was great would recommend there service service to anyone.but as far as the rent a car they were very rude and will not use them again. Your company rid to stick up for them and they said they were sorry for the service

I was VERY apprehensive about the kind of damage that the NOT so common accident involving the battery acid leak could have caused. Along with the absolute fact, that being the type of vehicle it is and the fact that a great deal of the possible damage could not even begin to be visible, on account of the totally rubberized floorboards inside, and the rather complex construction underneath (the NOT so common suspension of the FJ's 4x4 system and much of that involving electronics) Needless to say, as much as I absolutely love this particular vehicle, and that it was my first I've ever bought right off the lot new- not to mention that I'd also spent what was to me a small fortune above and beyond the actual cost of the FJ on making it exactly how I wanted it with quite a bit of aftermarket work. Ive taken excellent care of it and plan on driving it till the wheels fall the hell off... =) I mention all of this because, to put it bluntly, I honestly wasn't familiar with Signature Collision as a business. Up to this point in my FJ's life, I've had virtually everything else done by Lancaster Toyota, the dealership I bought the FJ from. A large reason for that being that almost all its history recides with one shop and a certain group of mechanics, and being a mechanic myself, the least amount of folks you have under your hood is ALWAYS better. Also, ALL FJ Cruisers are built in JAPAN, which from my own experience, made me aware of just how crazy simply getting parts can be--which I made sure I mentioned to both Jenny, my Geico adjuster, as well as the shop. For all my initial worry about all I've mentioned, absolutely ALL of the people involved with a very different, and I have no doubt DIFFICULT job in repairing my ALL time favorite vehicle, I feel did an exceptional job. I was also kept in the loop about what was going on throughout the entire time it was in your shop, which was very appreciated, as I've plenty enough in my life to worry about otherwise. I was also very pleasantly surprised that it came back to me MUCH PRETTIER than it was when I left it with you and i feel that I got MORE than my moneys worth with the final outcome. As picky as I will honestly tell you that I absolutely am, I would have zero hesitation on sending anyone, including friends and my own family, to Signature Collision. If it be because of damage or only to have a nice detail job done, as I had both and I'm completely happy. Considering how attatched I admittedly am to my Fj Cruiser, I can tell you that what you did for both it and myself was no easy feat and greatly appreciated! Many thanks, **** G

One thought - I was disappointed that I was given a very large rental car. I don't like driving large cars, and I would rather have a smaller car than a larger one as a rental. I wish there were more options available.

There were alot of 'extra' miles on my vehicle when I picked it up.

I love the way my car looks. You cannot tell that it was in an accident. The process of dropping and picking up my car was fast. I love receiving text messages on my phone about the progress of the repairs.

I would've liked a call or text the first or second day to give me an estimate on how long the repair would take. Other than that, all was good.
