My bumper looks brand new. The staff was very friendly. Got me a rental car as soon as I walked into the door. Very courteous very informative. Always kept me in the loop. Very fast turn over. I got my car back the next Day.

The customer service level is fantastic. My dealings with the Lancaster Pa dealing was absolutely above and beyond my expectations. My Honda was in need of being repaired since Thursday morning 8/10/17 while I was on vacation visiting family in Ohio. I dropped my Honda CRV on Monday 8/14/01 at 8:30am. It was completely finished at 11am Tuesday 8/15/17. I was completely satisfied with how fast the turn around time was.
