Great job with the repairs. Haven't had any issues. The paint color is tricky but you managed to get it just right. I appreciate all the trouble you had to go through dealing with the insurance company as well. Thanks again!

Everyone was so polite and courteous and conscientious about doing an excellent job. From the front desk women, so polite, taking our information and setting us up for a rental, to the guy overseeing that the job was done right. And obviously everyone in between that did an excellent job on our car. We also loved how you are pro active in sending out texts AND emails about the progress and timetable. Never once did we have to call to follow up. Do u know how refreshing that is to work with a business that really cares about you and your vehicle. AND you washed our car? Wow. I was a little disappointed with the service. Our family has used North Side Collision in North Syracuse and never had issues. We had a small repair and it took 11 days to fix and you didn’t even start for two days after we dropped the car off. When we called for information we got the run around. After picking the car up, there are two small dents that were not fixed. Also you left your trash in the back of my car and my car smelled like paint from the trash. I am not satisfied with your service.

I brought my car in with 2 out of my 3 kids for what I thought would be a 10-20 minute estimate and was quickly informed my car was not safe to drive! I was immediately brought a loaner out from the Dewitt location so I could bring my kids home and have a safe way to travel until my car was fixed. This was above and beyond in my opinion.
Upon picking my vehicle, not only were the broken parts fixed, all fluids were replaced and revamped. I was provided all the information as to what was completed to the damaged parts. When I opened the car door I had to look twice - it was clean as well!!!
I have never had a need to fix a vehicle and this was above any of my expectations. Fully satisfied.

I was relived to get one of your free car rentals because the guy responsible for the crash did not want it to go to the insurance co. and I was having to have to deal with him in getting him to pay me for the repairs. I was told at the time I dropped off my trk, North side would "touch-up" the scratches on my trk near the bumper so the scratches are not as noticeable. Also when you "loan" a "Northside" vehicle it would be helpful to explain where certain items are in the vehicle, "lights, ac/heat, wipers, side mirrors adjustments,filling gas tank, can't use the key to unlock the vehicle, because the alarm will go off, but you can turn it off by pressing a button on remote. Other wise, I wouldn't go to antine else to fix the repairs.
