The only thought I have would be due to the smell of the vehicle inside after from the paint and etc maybe put in place when vehicle is dropped off if they would like an air freshener in the car before pickup so maybe that smell wouldn't be as bad. Other thank that everyone was very friendly and helpful!

I was not kept informed on the status of the repairs. I had to call for status & was told they would call me back the next day & I never heard from anyone. There is also issues with the repairs. My husband will be bringing the car in to discuss the issues. I would definitely not recommend Northside Collision to anyone.

It's just that a fender was out of alignment and my door unlock button didn't work. We noticed the fender before I left and that was fixed in a moment, but I drove off and didn't notice the door lock until I had gotten halfway across town. These things happen and I'm very satisfied that this was fixed too as soon as I drove back to the shop, but while I am 99% satisfied and pleased, there were these two tiny problems.
