I appreciate the email updates I received early on in the process. The only real issue would be the last personal email I received said it might possibly be ready late Friday. That time rolled around with no updates so I didn't know whether to come for it or not. The following week I received a couple automated emails with the truck finally being ready on Wednesday. I had no problem waiting for it, it just would have been nice to know for certain that it wasn't ready on Friday and a slightly more accurate ETA would have been good.

I love my Volvo and Tony completely respected and understood that. I love Rickenbaugh! The only thing I would change is having enterprise affiliated to Richenbaugh. They are not customer friendly. You make want to look into Hertz.

Overall, the work looks great and Tony was a gracious and attentive service writer. I will definitely recommend Rickenbaugh to anyone who may be unfortunate enough to need a body shop - you made the experience as easy as it can be. One small critique - there were a few spots on the interior leather console - probably polish - that did come off with a little effort but detracted a bit from the pick up experience. Otherwise, GREAT WORK!
