Was told needed parts had not come in. Rescheduled
repair for February 13. Why not an alert on February
5 so I was not inconvenienced to plan my schedule
around your error?

We had two estimates. One was for insurance work, and the other was for some work outside the scope of the insurance that we were paying for out of pocket. Only the insurance work had been done and the person didn't even remember the other estimate that we wanted. It's not simply a matter of bringing the car back in because we had a rental provided by the insurance company before.
