After the damage to my truck was assessed, Kristi called me and explained what repairs would be needed. Thanks Kristi. I enjoyed my experience with DanTobin's body shop staff. Parking and driving lanes for the body shop could use some serious expansion for customers. I would use their services again.

My Viper remote starter was not tested before returning the car to me so on the two coldest days of the winter so far I had to go outside to start my truck. It was working perfectly before the repair and now I have to take it back to where I had it installed to have them reset it.
I also talked to the service manager on 12/28/15 and he said it would be repaired by 01/04/16 but they didn't finish until 01/11/16.
