I am very pleased with the work you did on my camaro. And after I picked up my vehicle, I noticed some smug spots, and that was taken care of right on the spot. I am often asked by my fellow co workers if there is a place that I would recomend, and from now on your place is #**** on my list.

It took a bit longer than expected. But Jeff and the team always kept me updated and handled the rental with Enterprise very well. The text message updates were great! *Hopefully* I will not need major body work on my car again, but if I do I will go through American Automotive again. Very seamless transition from boxy work to insurance claims. With a Lexus RX-350, was unsure about using a non-dealer, but it was fantastic.

Quick and friendly service. I really enjoyed the text message updates. Was pleased to have found the whole veh detailed inside and out. I'd definitely come back for more work.

Very good service ahead of schedule

I could not believe the quick turnaround and was surprised (and delighted) to get my car back cleaner than it has been in years. It's like new. Thanks for the quick and quality service, and for keeping me informed about the progress every step of the way.

My car is in great condition, but the back of the passenger seat has some stain that was not there before it was fix.

I was so glad to c Mt car shining from bumper to bumper it.seems too ride better lol i ask the shop boss for a little touchup paint and he dos thanks

There were an excessive no. Of text messages regarding status of car repair--very annoying and unecessary.

My car looks bad... I thought it was supposed to look like it did before the hail storm. It now looks two toned the paint was not blended to any other panels on the car than the ones repaired. There is dirt in the paint, the seat belt buckles in the rear seat were not repaired. The estimate called for the carpet in the trunk to be replaced which it wasn't. There are nasty finger prints on my visors, head liner, A post pillar covers, and back dash. I asked " Rob" about spots on my hood, which he said was not from hail which he said he could, and told me it was taken care of which didn't get anything done to it. I don't mean to sound critical but I'm not sure any employee who worked on my car would accept the quality work done to my car on their own vehicles. I was told my insurance was giving 500 to clean the car, and I would receive the 500 when I picked up the car, until I mentioned I had already paid my deductible then he back tracked and said oh well we will figure something out. Then was told it was a mix up in paper work and it wasn't charged to my insurance company. I have called my insurance to tell them about the situation so the can verify they are not paying the 500 cleaning fee. My car looked like crap when I picked it up... I kind of figured the car would at least be buffed not just the parts that were painted... This is the worst body shop experience I have had to date, and wish you well on continued business from others, because once the problems with my vehicle are taken care of I will not be coming back. I will also not be suggesting your services to any other person. For a almost 7000 repair the vehicle looks like crap. Sincerely Ralph P

There were a few issues that should have been taken care of. I am working with Cory and Keith to get them resolved.

The time to repair my car was ridiculous and I had to bring my car back to have 2 panels tightened and to remove paint from my windows.

The work was great as well as employees. Only thing was my car wasn't ready after I had received several texts confirming that my car would be ready at a certain time, and that it was, in fact, done. It was ready 7 hours later.

Kept me informed throughout the process. Car looks great
