I really am satisfied, all the staff were cordial and pleasant. Even though we had a bad incident, they made me feel very comfortable that they would take care of everything. I love the one stop repair. Take your car, GEICO takes care of it and Enterprise has the rental car there also. I love it, don't have to run around to different places. Keep up the GREAT work!!! I'm sure the actual work is satisfactory. However when the insurance quoted repair time is ten days and I picked up my truck 28 days later, my opinion is not exactly rosy. The receptionist was competent and truly friendly as was the gentleman who brought my truck around. The Enterprise related car rental place was excellent and, even though my first vehicle blew a tire, they replaced the car efficiently and without a problem.
