I was Given a completion date, and all the communications from Lane said my car would be ready on time until the day before. Then I'm told it couldn't be painted due to it getting cold out, which was a friday. So it would be completed by Monday. On Monday I called to get a pick up time and was told several times the throughout the day I would get a call back which never happened. So at the end of the day I called and asked to speak to manager I was told he was busy and they still did not have info on my car. I was getting very upset how I was being treated and the lady on the phone hung up on me. The manager called me back and I let him know I just wanted to know if I could pick my car up since I was told it would be ready he said "Yes you could pick your car up but all the parts would not be on it." I will never ever go back to that place... The customer service was AWFUL. I had to call USAA to find out when my car would be finish, which was the next day. And now we're having issues with the truck but I'm not bringing it back to Lane. Very Unhappy!!!!!
