I was expecting more of questions on this survey. But not to get the wrong idea, I was pleased with the end result. I was told originally the car would be done in 3-4 days. I then get a phone call informing me the car would be ready in 5 days. Then on the 5th day I get a email saying my car is 54% complete and would be done the following Monday. Now I'm panicking because I have to be in Miami on Monday. Making a ton of calls trying to getting frustrated I then get an email saying my car is ready for pick up. After picking it up the window isn't installed correctly and won't close all the way. They fixed it but it was the fact that after all of that I had to bring it back and wait for it to be finally, done. I'm sure it may be a small detail, but I feel as professionals, that was a big miss. But everyone was professsional and accommodating!! cee jaye was awesome.

The email Friday morning stated my car would be done on Monday so I was prepared for that. Then I got a call a few hours later staring it was done. Great it was done early but I wasn't prepared and I had to scramble and change plans as a result. Also there was an issue with the door handle on the door that was repaired. I need to take it back for repair.
