First, a new bumper was supposed to be installed. That did not happen. Maybe the insurance company rfused to pay for it. I was not informed. Secondly, when I called for an update, no one returned my call and this upset me because I was supposed to pick up the car that day and I did not know what was going on. I am stisfied with the repair even though it is not what I was promised. The car looks fine; the paint job looks fine. Maybe it will hold up. I hope so.

There were a few glitches to include being called in to pick up my vehicle when it was not yet ready; but the on-site staff was always courteous, apologizing for any unexpected delays, and treated me with respect and kindness. I can handle any small delays or human errors so long as the staff owns up to their mistakes and treats me with the highest regard as a valued customer. This was the case with **** Buick GMC and I am totally satisfied.
