I had to asssist with repairs as the shop had basic installation problems and if I had not push them to do a better job they would have been ok with the poor work and bob was my service advisor and he was very ignorant to deal with he wanted no part in listening to the customer he was more interested in telling me how long he has been working on cars and he was right and I was wrong I will never use service king again and will let everyone I know to not use them
